1. About Our Product
LiftMyDog offers the SecureStep Mobility Sling, a rear-support mobility aid for dogs.
The SecureStep Mobility Sling is a support and mobility aid. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, surgery, or a professional care plan.
Always consult your veterinarian about your dog's specific needs and follow their guidance on whether and how to use a mobility aid. Individual results may vary based on your dog's breed, size, weight, condition, behavior, and how the sling is used.
You are responsible for using the product safely, choosing the correct size, checking the fit before use, supervising your dog while using the product, and stopping use if the product appears damaged, unsafe, uncomfortable, or unsuitable for your dog.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or stock issues.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
We work to keep pricing, product descriptions, availability, and other information accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error that affects your order, we may contact you for instructions, cancel the order, or refund you.
Products are subject to availability.
5. Shipping
Delivery times, shipping regions, tracking, and related information are covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us at support@liftmydog.com.
For US online orders, sellers generally need a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines and must handle delays and refunds according to applicable rules. The FTC says sellers must ship within the advertised time frame, or if no time frame is stated, within 30 days; if they cannot, they may need the customer's consent to the delay or must refund the order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
7. Product Use and Safety
You agree to use the product only as intended and according to any instructions provided.
Do not use the sling if it appears damaged, torn, excessively worn, incorrectly fitted, or unsuitable for your dog. Do not use the sling to fully suspend, swing, drag, or restrain your dog. The product is intended to support mobility, not to replace safe handling, supervision, or veterinary care.
LiftMyDog is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, improper sizing, failure to supervise your dog, use contrary to instructions, or use after the product shows signs of damage or wear.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, graphics, page design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LiftMyDog and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, submit false or misleading information, or use the site in a way that could harm LiftMyDog, our customers, or our service providers.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, advertising, email, and other business operations. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftMyDog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product, this website, or our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

We do not guarantee that the product will be suitable for every dog or every condition. Results and suitability vary depending on the dog, fit, condition, handling, and use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your order.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country, state, or province.
